NABLA Liberty Six Palette
NABLA is a cruelty-free, vegan make-up brand from Italy. When I was searching for a custom palette I stumbled upon their liberty palettes and fell in love. Their designs are just gorgeous and all of the available eyeshadows were calling to me, so much even that it was hard to pick just six colours!
After a lot of thinking I came up with the following palette.
The colours in my palette are called: Circle, Ground State, Luna, Narciso, Desire & Sugar (left to right, starting at the top).
Circle: A matte mauve shade.
Ground State: A brown duochrome shade that shifts to purple.
Luna: A shimmery light pink champagne shade.
Narciso: A matte light brown shade with pink undertones.
Desire: A shimmery rose-gold shade.
Sugar: A salmon pink duochrome shade that shifts to champagne-gold.
My personal favorites are Circle and Sugar.
On the right you can see swatches of all the shades, from top to bottom: Luna, Sugar, Desire, Ground State, Narciso, Circle.
These are swatched without a primer (!) and as you can see they are very pigmented. The shadows are really soft and buttery and give a lot of pigment with just the slightest touch.
Blending these shades is an absolute dream and on top of that they last all day combined with a primer.
The shades are just under $8 each and a palette for six shades costs $7. You can double the size for just $12.
These shadows are everything I wanted and more, because that cruelty-free and vegan aspect of this brand is a huge bonus for me.
I'm really looking forward to trying more shades from NABLA and I'm also interested in trying out other make-up products from them, their liquid lipsticks look beautiful for example.
